Fine foods have been produced here for over 80 years.  We are a small family business, dedicated to producing good food.  We use only the finest ingredients, then we carefully mature and produce food to taste as it really should.

Forerib of BeefWe have a wide selection of meats on offer, which are all prepared in the traditional way. Beef and pork from Local farms and Staffordshire lamb.This prime Forerib of Beef (pictured right) was presented by Michael himself to HRH, The Queen Mother, at Clarence House on her 100th Birthday.
